Krystal Zell Named Chief Customer Officer for Floor & Décor

Atlanta, GA, November 20, 2025-Krystal Zell has been named executive vice president, chief customer officer for Floor & Décor.

Zell will oversee e-commerce, marketing, analytics, customer experience and loyalty functions.

With more than 24 years of experience in customer leadership, marketing and digital transformation across respected brands, Zell has a proven track record of building people-first, collaborative teams. She will partner closely with leaders across the business to shape customer strategy. Zell most recently served as CEO of Tonal and chief customer officer of Home Depot.
