Mentor, OH, October 21, 2025-Avery Dennison Corporation has completed the acquisition of Taylor adhesives for the purchase price of $390 million.
Taylor Adhesives is a maker of flooring adhesives will operate as Taylor Adhesives, an Avery Dennison Company. Meridian, which owned Taylor previously, is now out of the flooring business.
